Carrot Overload
Dear all! What to do if you have tons of carrots and want to turn it into something easy to make? Peel some carrots and chop them in fine disks and steam them for a few minutes until it’s cooked.In another pan heat some olive oil or butter and sautee your chopped leek. Add your carrots, season with salt and pepper and add sugar or in my case a bit of agave syrup. Stir until everything cooks and serve with whatever you like :)
