A gift tip or a life saver? Well, both I guess. My sister bought the Babycakes NYC book and we tried some vegan recipes out. I totally fell in love with the raspberry scones and couldn’t believe that something without animal ingredients could taste that good. Tasted terrible vegan cupcakes before and am happy to hear and taste that vegan can be good too.
Photographer Massimo Gammacurta’s edible icon lollipops project got a lot of attention on the internets. The New York based photographer has worked for publications and brands before, which mos def inspired him to make sweets out of the brand logo’s. Had to miss these lolly’s, but you can check his lolly photography in print.

Stumbled upon Sarah Illenberger’s work via Jeannie Huang. Beautiful eye candy which is ideal to give as a present! For small and big kids who you’d like to trigger with creativity and stimulate their imagination. Instead of stuffing their room with toys they love the first few weeks, destined to be sold at the flea market. Unless it’s LEGO. That’s the most awesome invention ever.
