You need to go to Balthazar’s when you are in Amsterdam. One of my favorite gems! Fixed week menu’s with delicious dishes made from local and seasonal ingredients. Go for the vegetarian or the other option. The service is awesome and you’ll experience another kind of Amsterdam while you’re here. And the wine card is great too. I recommend you to make a reservation, because of the limited seats. No extra pictures for you…just check it out ;)

Mangiare Rotterdam

Not a place I would live ( I sound like an arrogant Amsterdamer right? sorry), but love the place for it’s possibilities if you talk about culture, architecture, art and design. A city where everything is possible. All to stimulate creativity and a city with good places to eat!
