Went all macrobiotic in Amsterdam at the Kushi Institute, Deshima. My sister introduced me to this place. She’s a health freak and likes to take me to try before you die places haha Not really my cup of tea, yet I think… a macrobiotic diet is all about going local, but most of the time it’s just Japanese food made of Japanese ingredients shipped from Japan… Not really good for the environment if you live on the other side of the globe right? Can somebody help me with a macrobiotic joint where one uses ultimately Dutch products?
