And that’s why I plan my London visits between Thursdays and Saturdays, so I can enjoy what Borough Market has to offer. Make sure you don’t eat before you go to the market, because you’ll be very disappointed when you can’t knock yourself out.
The Electricity Showrooms is a great place for a meet up. THE place for wearing sunglasses at night (which is ridiculous btw). It has tons of light bulbs, but it’s quite charming haha check the program for parties in the basement with a cool LED dance floor!
I love this bakery and always try to find an occasion to spend my breakfast, lunch or tea time here: the Albion Cafe, Bakery and Food store. Take your time to have a full breakfast here or fetch a piece of pastry with organic soda for your shopping or art gallery spree!

Our lovely gal Hazel, who left Amsterdam for London took me out for lunch at one of her favourites, The Ladbroke Arms. A traditional old school British restaurant with a beautiful terrace. Quite old school as in, no youngsters on the radar, old school interior, old school website and having an old school menu which looked very good!

Would like to spend a cool night out with friends? Book a table at Sake No Hana and order warm sake and the specialties*. Why? I love the ambiance and was very pleased by the interior design with wooden furniture by Kaizenfurniture. Next to this I really appreciate their good service. I had a great time and hope you’ll have a great time too.

This market is also one of the markets of all markets! Friends told me (again) not to eat before visiting the Sunday Up Market. What they didn’t tell me was that you shouldn’t eat cupcakes on an empty stomach haha. Well, what to expect? All cuisines you can imagine!
