Buonasera Vasso

I visited Italian restaurant Vasso with my sister the other day. We were in the center of Amsterdam walking from Dam Square to an unknown destination. My sis is sometimes more picky than me when it comes to food. Not necessary in how a place looks like, but in a way that you’d like to visit a cool spot where the atmosphere is like you are on a holiday or she rather eat home. I remembered an Italian restaurant a friend Manuela had mentioned. She lived in Italy and mos def knows good food. Vasso near het Spui it is!

Twenty Minute Wonder
For the lazy people. Yeah you. Take 100 grams  linguine per person and boil in enough water with salt (or my Italian  friend Laura wil get angry hahah) and olive oil. Read the ccoking  directions on the package. Heat up a (frying/bakingpan) with olive oil and bake the thinly sliced  garlic (one clove per person) or roasted/puffed garlic. Throw in the  linguine in the pan add some of the water from the linguine in it. To  spice it up throw in some dried chilli flakes or to keep it classic some  parsley.  Eat with baked marinated meat or baked fish, serve with salad  tadaaaaaaa.
